ATTENDANCE FEE – FULL PARTICIPANTS

Full fees (183 €) are intended for all participants. Contract, adjunct and part-time professors and instructors will benefit from a reduced fee (149 €) subject to their attesting their status with the modalities indicated in the registration form.

The attendance fee includes:

1. Annual membership to the Italian Society for Middle Eastern Studies (SeSaMO) and subscription to the SeSaMO mailing list (a selected number of Call for Papers and Call for Positions in the field of Middle Eastern Studies are circulated);

2. Dinner on January 16;

3. Lunch on January 15 and coffee breaks between the conference sessions;

4. Jazz concert by the Ca’ Foscari University Orchestra on January 16;

5. Guided tour at the Venice Arsenale, a complex of former shipyards and armories clustered together in the Republic of Venice, now owned and managed by the Italian Navy.

ATTENDANCE FEE – LISTENING PARTICIPANTS

Onsite conference registration fee for listening participants: 40 € payable in cash. This fee includes SeSaMO membership for one year but does not include conference meals.

STUDENTS

Students are free to attend conference sessions after registering at the conference desk but are not entitled to conference meals unless they register as full participants.
